Meanwhile, we've been plugging away at the LEED Certification paperwork. Two pieces of good news on that front: 1) We're going for GOLD level certification! yay! and 2) Our final HERS (Home Energy Rating System) rating is a 56, even lower than we were shooting for! (more on the HERS rating later for those who have no idea what that means).
And, there's been a steady stream of private showings to interested buyers...
